Terms of Service
§ 1 Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between Constantin Chlupka (hereinafter "Provider") and users of the guardian.camera service (hereinafter "User").
§ 2 Service Description
Guardian is an AI-powered filter service for security camera notifications. The service analyzes incoming camera alerts and classifies them as persons, animals, vehicles, or irrelevant events.
§ 3 Contract and Subscription
The contract is concluded upon registration and selection of a plan. Subscriptions renew automatically for the respective billing period unless cancelled in time.
§ 4 Prices and Payment
Free: $0/month — 10 alerts, 1 camera Basic: $9/month — 100 alerts, 2 cameras Pro: $19/month — Unlimited alerts, 3 cameras Family: $29/month — Unlimited alerts, 5 cameras All prices include applicable taxes. Payment is processed via Stripe.
§ 5 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Guardian does not deliver at least 95% fewer false alarms within the first 30 days, we will refund the full amount. Please send refund requests to hello@guardian.camera.
§ 6 Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period by emailing hello@guardian.camera.
§ 7 Availability and Liability
The Provider strives for 99% availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Liability for indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
§ 8 User Obligations
The User agrees to use Guardian exclusively for legal purposes and not to monitor cameras without the consent of the persons concerned.
§ 9 Changes to Terms
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms with 30 days notice. Changes will be communicated by email.
§ 10 Governing Law
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of the Provider.
